What we collect
When you contact us we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, email address and details about your horse and what you need.
How we use it
To reply to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to look after your horse, invoice you and keep the records we need. We don't sell your information or use it for marketing.
Who we share it with
Only where needed, for example your vet or farrier in connection with your horse's care, our accountant, and the companies that provide our email and IT services.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't lead to anything are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your information, or ask us to correct or delete it. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
